High School Mentorship Program – Powered by Women Who Believe in the Next Generation of Women Business Owners

Since 1999, NAWBO-SA’s six-month mentorship program has empowered hundreds of teen girls across San Antonio to dream bigger, lead boldly, and explore entrepreneurship as a path to financial independence.

From Inspiration to Action

Inspire & Educate

We introduce young women to local business owners and mentors who show them what’s possible through education and entrepreneurship.

Skill Building & Strategy

Students participate in hands-on workshops, mentorship sessions, and a business planning toolkit to develop real-world knowledge and confidence.

Pitch & Celebrate

The program culminates in a scholarship competition where finalists pitch their business plans and win financial support toward their future education.

It’s supported through the generous time, passion, and resources of NAWBO-SA members, school administrators, community leaders, and university and corporate sponsors.
